Ingredients
Shrimp – 300 Grams
Funchoza – 30 Grams
Green onions, cilantro – 20 grams
Chile – 5 Grams
Garlic – 20 Grams
Chicken eggs – 2 Pieces
Fish sauce – 50 Milliliters
Salt, pepper – To taste
Vegetable oil – 30 Milliliters
Directions
Prepare food.
Set the shrimps to cook for 2 minutes, steam the funchose in boiling water for 5 minutes. Heat the frying pan with oil, chop the green onions, throw into the pan, add chopped garlic and garlic there. Fry all ingredients for a couple of minutes.
