Thai Shrimp Noodles

Thai-style shrimp noodles are an amazingly tasty dish that will appeal to many, exquisitely and with a twist.

Ingredients

  • Shrimp – 300 Grams
  • Funchoza – 30 Grams
  • Green onions, cilantro – 20 grams
  • Chile – 5 Grams
  • Garlic – 20 Grams
  • Chicken eggs – 2 Pieces
  • Fish sauce – 50 Milliliters
  • Salt, pepper – To taste
  • Vegetable oil – 30 Milliliters

Directions

  1. Prepare food.
  2. Set the shrimps to cook for 2 minutes, steam the funchose in boiling water for 5 minutes. Heat the frying pan with oil, chop the green onions, throw into the pan, add chopped garlic and garlic there. Fry all ingredients for a couple of minutes.
  3. Next, beat the eggs into the pan, one at a time. Stir everything.
  4. Add fish sauce to the pan.
  5. Peel the shrimp and add to the skillet. Simmer the sauce for a couple of minutes.
