Ingredients

For the kneading dough:

  • 125 g mararine
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 125 g suar
  • 250 g flour
  • 0.5 ½ pack baking powder

For the filling:

  • 6 m apples (Boskop)
  • 750 ml apple juice
  • 2 packs custard powder
  • 200 g suar
  • some lemon juice

Also:

  • 300 ml cream
  • Advocaat
  • cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 190 ° C hot air.
  2. Then put all the ingredients for the kneading dough in a large bowl and knead into a smooth dough. Spread the dough on a size 26 springform pan lined with baking paper. Make a border with part of the dough.
  3. Then peel the apples, remove the casing and cut the fruit into small cubes.
  4. Now mix the vanilla pudding with about 250 ml of juice, add the sugar and stir into the rest of the boiling apple juice and bring to the boil briefly. A small splash of lemon juice rounds off the pudding. Now stir in the apple cubes in the vanilla pudding and distribute on the dough.
  5. Bake the cake for 45 minutes. Let the cake cool in the pan!
  6. Whip the cream until stiff and spread it on the cake, then decorate with eggnog and cinnamon.
