Ingredients

  • 250 ml milk
  • 25 g cocoa powder, unsweetened
  • 15 g suar
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 1 pinch cinnamon powder, possibly
  • 8 g cornstarch, approx. 1 slihtly heaped teaspoon
  • 2 teaspoons milk to mix the starch

Instructions

  1. Put the milk, the cocoa powder, the sugar, the salt and optionally the cinnamon powder in a saucepan and bring to the boil, stirring from time to time with the whisk. The ingredients blend well when the mixture is hot enough.
  2. Mix the cornstarch with a little milk, add to the saucepan and stir. After the mixture has boiled again, take it off the stove and serve in a cup.
