  • 250 g lentils
  • butter

  • 1 teaspoon sugar

  • Flour

Instructions

  1. Soak the lentils in water for 2 hours.
  2. After the 2 hours pour off the water and fill up with fresh water (half a cm above the lentils). Cook gently for 20 minutes.
  3. One el. Mix butter with flour and fold in after 20 minutes. Then salt and fold in the sugar and finally season with vinegar. The lentils should taste sweet and sour, with fried eggs or sole eggs.
