Thick Smoothie with Oatmeal, Spinach and Zucchini

A simple and healthy breakfast or snack with an unusual combination of ingredients – a thick smoothie with oatmeal, spinach, and zucchini. Such an interesting drink comes out very delicate, creamy, and slightly sweet due to the addition of a banana. The smoothie is quite thick and can be eaten with a spoon – original and delicious!

Ingredients

  • Milk – 200 ml
  • Banana – 80 g
  • Zucchini – 50 g
  • Spinach – 15 g
  • Oatmeal flakes – 3 tbsp
  • Flax seeds – 1 tbsp

Directions

  1. Peel the banana and cut it into small pieces. Wash the zucchini, dry, and cut into small pieces.
  2. Wash spinach, dry and chop coarsely (or tear by hand). Prepare oatmeal and flax seeds.
  3. Transfer all the ingredients to a special bowl designed for smoothies, or to a regular blender. Pour milk into all ingredients. Grind all ingredients at the highest speed – 1-2 minutes.
  4. Pour the finished smoothie into a glass. You can garnish the squash smoothie with seeds if desired.
