  • Eggs – 4 pcs.
  • Sugar – 1 glass
  • Flour – 2 cups
  • Milk – 1 glass
    (sour cream can be used, but I haven’t tried it with it)
  • Melted butter – 150 g
  • Vanilla sugar – to taste

  1. Add sugar and vanilla sugar to the eggs. Beat constantly.
  2. Add milk. Whisk.

  4. Pour in flour. We beat everything constantly.
  5. The dough is not very liquid.
  6. Fry in a waffle iron.

  7. Gently roll hot, immediately.
