Ingredients
- 1 small onion (s)
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 teaspoon butter
- 2 bunches soup greens
- 2 tablespoon quinoa
- 2 tablespoon millet
- 2 tablespoon green spelled, crushed
- 1 tablespoon stock, grained
- 2 tablespoon sweet cream
- 2 tablespoon parsley, chopped

- Peel the onion and the clove of garlic, cut both into fine cubes and then sauté in the butter until translucent.
- Clean, wash and cut the soup greens. Add the vegetables to the onion and garlic mixture and add the grain while stirring.
- Now pour in 1/2 liter of water and season to taste with the granulated broth. Simmer the soup in a closed pot for about 20 minutes and then let it soak for 10 minutes.
- Refine the soup with the cream, heat it up again if necessary and then sprinkle with the parsley.
