Ingredients

  • 1 small onion (s)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 teaspoon butter
  • 2 bunches soup greens
  • 2 tablespoon quinoa
  • 2 tablespoon millet
  • 2 tablespoon green spelled, crushed
  • 1 tablespoon stock, grained
  • 2 tablespoon sweet cream
  • 2 tablespoon parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Peel the onion and the clove of garlic, cut both into fine cubes and then sauté in the butter until translucent.
  2. Clean, wash and cut the soup greens. Add the vegetables to the onion and garlic mixture and add the grain while stirring.
  3. Now pour in 1/2 liter of water and season to taste with the granulated broth. Simmer the soup in a closed pot for about 20 minutes and then let it soak for 10 minutes.
  4. Refine the soup with the cream, heat it up again if necessary and then sprinkle with the parsley.
