by Editorial Staff
A wonderful recipe for a festive table! Snack rolls for every taste! Three rolls with different fillings! They are prepared simply from products that we always buy for a holiday! Repeat on your health, they are cool!
Ingredients
For the first roll:
Toast bread – 4 slices
Salted red fish – 200 g
Curd cheese – 80 g
Mayonnaise – 2 tbsp
Green onions – 1 small bunch
For the second roll:
Toast bread – 4 slices
Crab sticks – 8-10 pcs.
Curd cheese – 80 g
Mayonnaise – 2-3 tbsp
For the third roll:
Toast bread – 4 slices
Ham – 6-8 thin slices
Cheddar cheese – 6-7 slices
Pickled gherkins – 3-4 pcs.
Mayonnaise – 3-4 tbsp
Directions
For all the rolls, we will need toast bread with cut crusts.
Cut the fish into thin slices.
Cover the table with foil and overlap the pieces of fish. Lubricate with mayonnaise.
Lay out four slices of bread on top (also overlapping), lightly roll with a rolling pin at the seams.
Now lay out a layer of curd cheese and finely chopped green onions.
Using the film, carefully roll everything into a roll.
We transfer the roll to a clean film, tightly wrap the roll in a film, make a “candy”. Put the red fish roll in the refrigerator for 6-8 hours (you can overnight).
The next roll is with crab sticks. It is best to find and buy chilled rather than frozen crab sticks.
Unfold four or six crab sticks and overlap on the foil. Lubricate with a small layer of mayonnaise.
Finely chop the remaining crab sticks.
Mix curd cheese with 1 tablespoon. a spoonful of mayonnaise and chopped crab sticks.
Put four slices of bread overlapping on top of the crab sticks, roll the bread with a rolling pin. Top with a mixture of curd cheese, mayonnaise, and crab sticks. We level everything well.
We turn everything into a roll. We also carefully and tightly wrap the roll in a film, make a “candy”. We send the roll of crab sticks to the refrigerator for at least 6-8 hours.
The third roll is made from ham. When all the food is prepared in advance, it comes out quickly. For this role, I rolled up the edges of the bread in advance – it is more convenient to form a roll.
Lay the ham on a foil, apply a thin layer of mayonnaise on top.
Place the slices of bread with an overlap on top of the ham. Then cheese.
Put the gherkins on one edge and wrap them in a roll. The cucumbers should be in the center of the finished roll.
Again we will use the film and fold everything tightly. We also put the ham roll in the refrigerator for 6-8 hours.
The finished rolls are perfectly cut!
Enjoy your meal!
