Three-Layer Cake

Ingredients

  • Chicken Egg – 3 Pieces
  • Sour cream – 2.5 Glasses
  • Baking soda – 1.5 Teaspoons
  • Granulated Sugar – 2 Glasses
  • Flour – 9 Art. spoons
  • Raisins – 100 Grams
  • Nuts – 100 Grams
  • Poppy – 50 Grams
  • Sour cream – 1 Glass
  • Cocoa – 4 Art. spoons
  • Sugar – 3 Tbsp. spoons (for glaze)
  • Milk – 170 Milliliters
  • Butter – 100 grams

Directions

  1. Before making a three-layer cake, prepare the fillings into the dough. To do this, soak a serving of poppy seeds. Then detail the nuts. Soak and rinse the raisins.
  2. Prepare a dough for each crust. Take one egg, 1/2 cup sour cream, 1/2 cup sugar, 3 tablespoons flour, 1/2 tablespoon baking soda. Mix everything thoroughly. Add poppy seeds to the first cake. Stir. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
  3. Knead the dough for the second crust. The raisins were soaked and washed beforehand. Now the raisins should be thoroughly soaked from moisture and added to the dough. Stir. Place in the oven for 25-30 minutes at 180C.
  4. Dough for 3 layers is prepared according to the same recipe. Then crushed nuts are added to it, everything is well mixed and put in the oven.
  5. Prepare the cream. To do this, first whisk the sour cream. Then add sugar and whisk everything together.
  6. Cover the cakes with cream. Refrigerate them for 8 hours for a better soak.
  7. Cook the icing. To do this, boil the milk. Then add sugar and cocoa to it. Stirring constantly over low heat, cook the icing until the sugar is completely dissolved. Add a piece of butter at the end. Remove frosting from heat.
  8. Remove the cake from the refrigerator. Fill the top cake with icing. Decorate it to your liking (with fruit). Allow the glaze to cure. Now you can treat your guests.
