Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees top / bottom heat. Beat soft butter with sugar, vanilla sugar and salt with a hand mixer. Stir in eggs one at a time. Mix the flour and baking powder, sieve over the egg and butter mixture and work in briefly. Crush and mix in the three types of chocolate.
  2. Place 32 small heaps with 2 teaspoons on the baking sheet. Leave space in between because they will diverge during baking.
  3. Bake in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes at 180 degrees. Let the cookies cool down a little before removing them from the baking sheet.

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
