  • 2 packs sausage (hunting), sliced

  • 4 medium pickled cucumber (s)
  • 4 tablespoon vinegar
  • 8 tablespoon, leveled sugar
  • Salt and pepper, black
  • 100 g bacon, fat

Instructions

  1. Boil, peel and dice the potatoes as jacket potatoes. Dice the hunting sausage, the onion, the apple and the pickled gherkins. Put everything in a large bowl, mix with salt and pepper, vinegar and sugar and season to taste.
  2. Cut the fat bacon into as small cubes as possible. Only leave the bacon crispy shortly before serving and then sprinkle it over the salad straight away. Stir again.
