Ingredients
- 700 g potato (s), firm-boilin, preferably youn
- 2 cloves garlic
- 6 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 sprig thyme
- some salt and pepper
- Paprika powder

- Thoroughly clean the potatoes with their peel, then quarter them lengthways. Place the potato strips on a baking sheet.
- Peel and press the garlic. Mix with a little salt, pepper, thyme and the olive oil. Apply the mixture to the cut surfaces of the potatoes with a brush.
- Then put the baking sheet in the preheated oven. Bake crosswise at 200 ° C (I like to use top and bottom heat) for around 25 minutes. Serve immediately.
