Instructions

  1. Toast the toast slices until golden brown. When they are done, each one is topped with a pineapple slice, a slice of ham and a slice of cheese. The ham can also be left out (for vegetarians).
  2. The toasts come in the oven (approx. 180 degrees) and are baked there until the cheese begins to turn brown. This takes about 10-12 minutes for me, but it can also be longer or shorter, depending on the oven. Fry fried eggs from the eggs, place on the finished toast and season with salt and pepper.
  3. The end result is a juicy Strammer Max that tastes good and is a good snack against the small appetite.

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
