  • 250 ml red wine

Instructions

  1. Wash the chicken legs, pat dry and remove the meat from the bone. Cut the onions and garlic into strips.
  2. Season the chicken pieces and fry them in the oil in a roasting pan on all sides, then remove them. Sauté the onions and garlic, deglaze with the wine. Add tomatoes, bay leaf and olives, season with salt, pepper and a little sugar.
  3. Put the chicken back in the sauce and roast in the preheated oven at 175 ° C, covered for 20 minutes. Remove the lid after 20 minutes and fry for another 10 minutes.
