Ingredients

  • 500 ml natural yogurt
  • 2 mango (s)
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 3 tablespoon sugar
  • 200 ml cream

For decoration: (for 1 dessert glass each)

  • 1 teaspoon chocolate sprinkles
  • 0.5 ½ walnut kernels
  • 1 sprig peppermint
  • 1 teaspoon hazelnut liqueur

Instructions

  1. Put the plain yogurt in a large bowl. Cut the mangoes into small cubes and set aside a handful. Mix the mango cubes, vanilla sugar and sugar with the natural yoghurt. Pour the mixture into the six dessert glasses. Spread the mangoes that were set aside on top of the dessert.
  2. For the decoration, spread the mango cubes that were set aside on the dessert. Whip the cream until stiff and place on top of the desserts. Sprinkle with the cinnamon-sugar mixture and the chocolate sprinkles. Then drape half the walnut and the peppermint sprig. Finally, drizzle with the hazelnut liqueur.
