Ingredients

  • 250 g butter
  • 5 egg (s)
  • 2 packs vanilla sugar
  • 200 g powdered suar
  • 250 g flour
  • 1 packet baking powder
  • 100 ml Baileys Irish Cream
  • 50 g hazelnuts, round
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 100 ml liqueur, (milk-coffee liqueur)
  • 50 g chocolate, (coffee chocolate), chopped
  • 50 g walnuts, round
  • powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Beat the butter with the eggs, vanilla sugar and sifted powdered sugar until frothy. Mix the flour and baking powder and stir in.
  2. Separate the dough into two parts. Add the Bailey`s Irish Cream, the ground hazelnuts and the cocoa powder to half of the batter and stir in. Mix the milk-coffee liqueur, coffee chocolate and walnuts with the other half of the dough.
  3. First pour the light cake batter into a greased cup cake tin, then spread the dark batter over it and pull it spirally through the layers of batter with a fork.
  4. Bake the cake at 175 ° C for 85 minutes. Sprinkle the cooled cake with powdered sugar.
