Ingredients
- 500 g strawberries
- 2 tablespoon sugar
- 2 tablespoon blue curacao
- 1 orange (s)
- 200 g whipped cream
- 3 scoops ice cream, vanilla
- 1 bag vanilla sugar

- Put the cleaned strawberries in a bowl. Mix the sugar with the Blue Curacao and the juice of the orange and pour over the strawberries. Let it steep in the refrigerator for about 2 hours. Beat the cream with the vanilla sugar until stiff. Now place the 3 vanilla ice cream scoops in 3 tall glasses, place the strawberries on top and garnish with the whipped cream.
