Ingredients

  • 1 lemon (s), including the juice
  • 1 orange (s), including the juice
  • 150 ml coconut milk
  • 30 grams sugar
  • 2 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon mascarpone or yogurt
  • 30 g almonds, round
  • 3 tablespoon sour cherries
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ cocoa powder or chocolate shavings

Instructions

  1. Put all dry ingredients in a mug or jar with a lid. Add the liquid ingredients and the mascarpone or yogurt.
  2. Close the jar with the lid and shake it until everything is well mixed. Pour the sour cherries over it. Let the mug steep in the refrigerator overnight.
  3. Sprinkle the cocoa powder or the chocolate shavings on top just before eating.
