Ingredients

For the ground:

  • 2 egg (s)
  • 100 g suar, 1 point vanilla suar
  • 100 ml oil
  • 100 ml milk
  • 100 g flour
  • 2 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 0.5 ½ pack baking powder

For the cream:

  • 500 g mascarpone
  • 50 grams sugar
  • 2 tablespoon milk, amaretto or marsala
  • 1 cup cream
  • 20 ladyfingers
  • 400 ml coffee, extra strong or espresso
  • 4 tablespoon amaretto or marsala

For the set:

  • Cocoa powder
  • possibly ladyfingers

Instructions

  1. Grease a tray and place the baking frame on it at a size of approx. 24 cm. Heat the oven to 200 ° C.
  2. Beat eggs, vanilla sugar and sugar until frothy. Stir in the oil and milk. Mix the flour with cocoa and baking powder and stir in.
  3. Pour the batter into the baking frame and bake for about 15-20 minutes. To let it cool down.
  4. Mix the mascarpone with the sugar and the milk or liqueur until smooth. Whip the cream until stiff and fold in. Spread half of the cream on the bottom.
  5. Mix the coffee with the liqueur and soak the biscuits in it. Place them side by side on the cream and brush with the rest of the cream. Sprinkle with cocoa and chill for 2-3 hours.
  6. Decorate with ladyfingers if you like.
