Ingredients

  • 150 ml coffee (cold espresso)
  • 100 ml amaretto
  • 200 ml egg liqueur
  • 500 g mascarpone
  • 200 ml cream
  • 1 point ladyfingers
  • some cocoa powder

Instructions

  1. Mix the eggnog and mascarpone until smooth, fold in the whipped cream. Mix the espresso and amaretto and briefly dip the biscuits. Arrange in layers, starting with the cream. Finally dust with cocoa.
