Instructions

  1. Put the flour in a bowl and make a well in the middle. Add oil, milk, lukewarm tap water, 1 egg, the dry yeast and salt. Knead by hand and, if necessary, add up to 200 g of flour. The result is a smooth dough. Let the dough rise for about half an hour.
  2. Shape the dough into 20 balls, flatten each ball to a thickness of about 1 cm, add a piece of feta cheese and place the dough over it so that crescent moons are formed. Brush with egg yolk and bake for approx. 20 minutes at 200 ° C.

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
