Toast Bread in a Bread Maker

I think many people like toast with butter or jam for breakfast. But store bread does not always want to buy, because its composition is not always of high quality. For owners of a bread machine, I share a bread recipe!

Servings: 6-8

Ingredients

  • Water – 250 Milliliters
  • Yeast – 1.5 Teaspoons (dry)
  • Butter – 50 grams
  • Wheat flour – 400-425 grams
  • Sugar – 2 Tbsp. spoons
  • Salt – 1 Teaspoon

Directions

  1. Prepare the required ingredients.
  2. Heat the water to a temperature of 36-38 degrees. Pour the bread machine into the bucket. Add butter.
  3. Add flour, yeast, salt, sugar. Place the bucket in the bread maker. Turn on the “French” mode for 4 hours.
  4. At the end of the mode, remove the bread from the bucket and chill on the board.
  5. Cut the bread into desired pieces and make toast.
