These sandwiches with canned beans and sardine pate are made in just a matter of minutes.

Ingredients
Baton – 6 slices
Canned white beans – 150 g
Canned sardines – 150 g
Garlic – 1 clove
Vegetable oil – 1 tbsp
Lemon juice to taste
Fresh parsley – 4 sprigs
Directions
Place the beans and sardines in a blender bowl.
Peel and grate the garlic. Add to a bowl of beans and fish.
Punch everything with a blender until smooth.
Add vegetable oil and lemon juice. Stir until smooth.
Rinse and dry the parsley, cut. Place the bean and fish pate in a salad bowl, sprinkle with half the parsley.
Dry the loaf slices in a dry skillet over medium heat for 3-4 minutes on each side.
Spread the bean and fish pate on a dried loaf and serve with hot sweet tea. And if you put such a pate in tartlets, decorate with herbs and lemon, you get a wonderful appetizer for a festive table.
