Ingredients

  • 8 slices toast
  • 800 g pork fillet (s)
  • 4 pear (s)
  • 200 g blue cheese
  • 1 bunch spring onion (s)
  • Herb butter
  • salt and pepper
  • Chilli powder
  • oil

Instructions

  1. Cut the pears into small cubes, the spring onions into rings and sauté both in a little butter in the pan. Season with salt, pepper and chilli.
  2. Cut the pork fillet into 3-4 cm thick slices, fry briefly in a little oil on both sides and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Spread the herb butter on the toast slices. First spread the pork tenderloin, then the pears and finally the diced blue cheese on top. Baked in the oven at 200 degrees until the cheese begins to melt.
  4. Makes 8 servings as a starter.
