  • 2 cup / s oatmeal
  • 3 tablespoon butter
  • 3 tablespoon sugar

Instructions

  1. Melt the butter in a non-stick pan. Stir in the oat flakes, sprinkle with sugar and mix over a low heat until the oat flakes have absorbed the fat and clump together a little. Don`t let them turn brown, otherwise they won`t taste so good, so stick with them and stir.
  2. This is how I get my children to eat fruit salad.
  3. You can also use it as a border decoration for a sponge fruit cake, the border, of course, has to be coated with a cream or cream beforehand. Then press the oatmeal on.
