Ingredients

  • 250 g flour
  • 0.5 ½ pack baking powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ salt
  • 200 g butter, melted
  • 100 g suar, brown
  • 50 g suar, white
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 1 packet pudding powder (caramel)
  • 2 medium egg (s)
  • 200 g confectionery (Toffifee)

Instructions

  1. Sift the flour, baking powder and salt and mix well.
  2. Mix the melted butter with the sugar (white, brown and vanilla sugar) and the pudding powder and beat with a hand mixer for about 3-4 minutes until creamy. Then stir in the eggs one by one. Gradually add the flour. Chop the toffifee and add to the batter.
  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Cut off small portions with the teaspoon and place on the paper.
  4. Bake at 180 ° C for 8-10 minutes.
