  • 20 wafers
  • 20 piece (s) confectionery (Toffifee)
  • 2 egg whites
  • 60 g suar
  • 150 g hazelnuts, round

Instructions

  1. Place 20 wafers on a baking sheet, 20 Toffifee with the chocolate side down on the wafers.
  2. Beat 2 egg whites with a pinch of salt very stiff, add 60 g sugar and keep beating until the sugar is dissolved. Fold in 150 g of ground hazelnuts (or other of your choice) and pour a full teaspoon of the mixture onto each Tofifee (or, for example, use the piping bag to squirt the Toffifee). Bake in a preheated oven at 150 ° C for 20 to 25 minutes.
