Ingredients

  • 900 g potato (s), cut into cubes
  • 200 g tofu, plain or paprika tofu, cut into cubes
  • 1 vegetable onion (s), cut into cubes

Instructions

  1. Mix the tomato paste, ajvar and oil in a large bowl. Add the remaining ingredients. Mix everything carefully and season with the spices. Then let something go.
  2. In the meantime, preheat the oven to 200 ° C top / bottom heat. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, preheat the sheet as well.
  3. Spread the tofu-vegetable mixture on the baking sheet and bake for about 30-40 minutes, turning if necessary.
