Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 250 g pasta (spelled)
- 100 g smoked tofu
- 1 zucchini
- 2 tablespoon crème fraîche
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
- salt and pepper
- Herbs, Italian

- Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the packet.
- In the meantime, dice the courgette and smoked tofu and fry in olive oil. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
- Drain the pasta and mix with the other ingredients in the pan and fry briefly. Finally add the spices and crème fraîche and fry for approx. 5 minutes.
