Ingredients

  • 4 tomato (s), sun-ripened, with flavor
  • 1 handful basil
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Cut the tomatoes into pieces and remove the stalk. Put the basil in a blender or smoothie maker and mix well until the desired consistency is achieved. Mix one or two ice cubes together so that the smoothie gets nice and cold. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  2. Tip: If you can`t get tasty tomatoes, e.g., in winter, you can also take good canned tomatoes.
