Ingredients

  • 3 tomato (s)
  • 1 small onion (s)
  • 50 g cheese, (Gouda, Feta, Mozzarella )
  • 2 slices bread
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 4 tablespoon olive oil
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Make a dressing from honey, mustard, vinegar and oil. Season to taste with salt and pepper and cut the small onion into small cubes or thin rings. Cut the tomatoes into small cubes, grate or dice the cheese (I`ll use the cheese that`s in the fridge. Gouda and feta have turned out to be very tasty!). Toast the bread in the toaster or oven until it has a crispy and brown surface. Take out and cut into bite-sized pieces (I make them bigger, then they don`t soak through so quickly). Put everything together with the dressing in a bowl and mix.
