Ingredients
- 200 g tomato paste
- 2 medium carrot (s), (finely grated)
- 1 medium onion (s), finely chopped
- 125 g butter
- Seasoned Salt
- herbs Provence
- Chilli pepper (s), fresh, for everyone who likes it hot

- Mix the grated carrots with the tomato paste (possibly the chopped chilli pepper) and the chopped onion, add the butter and season with salt and herbs. If the mixture does not combine properly with the butter, it is due to the different temperatures of the ingredients. Then warm the mass very slightly in a water bath (do not let it become properly liquid). You can also freeze the spread in portions. Tastes wonderful on rolls or fresh bread.
