- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 6 tablespoon balsamic vinegar (Mazzetti Balsamico Cremoso)
- 2 scoops mozzarella
- 1 package basil (frozen)
- some sugar
- salt and pepper

- Halve the tomatoes and place in a bowl. Dice the onion and mozzarella and add to the tomatoes. Add the remaining ingredients and season to taste.
- I don`t always count the EL exactly. However, the ratio of the quantities given above fits. Best to taste to your own taste. The decisive note is the Cremoso Balsamico.
