• 2 teaspoons honey

• 75 ml water

Instructions

1. Cut the tomatoes and mozzarella into cubes and place everything in a bowl. For the dressing, put vinegar, oil, water, honey and spices in a shaker and shake vigorously.
2. Before you put the dressing on the salad, please pour off the drawn water from the tomatoes. The salad tastes best when it steeps for about 5 - 15 minutes.
