Ingredients

  • 3 fig (s), (1-2 figs per person)
  • 6 slices ham, serrano
  • 2 tomato (s)
  • 200 g mozzarella
  • 2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar (fig-flavored cream)

For the dressing:

  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ honey
  • 1 lemon (s), add the juice
  • 1 some black pepper for sprinkling
  • 1 some pepper berries, pink, pink (red pepper)

Instructions

  1. Cut deep into the figs in a cross shape and push them apart a little. Under no circumstances should it be completely divided. Arrange the figs evenly on the plate (or in any other creative way). Slice the mozzarella and tomatoes and distribute them evenly around the figs. Leave some space for the ham.
  2. Grind the pink pepper berries and black pepper fresh over tomatoes and mozzarella.
  3. Turn the ham into small rolls and place them where there is still some space.
  4. Put the balsamic cream (with fig flavor) on the mozzarella and, in a slightly smaller amount, on the tomatoes.
  5. Squeeze the juice out of the lemon and dissolve the honey spoon in it. Season to taste - it shouldn`t be too sweet or too sour. Using a spoon, carefully place the dressing in the middle of the sliced figs.
