Ingredients

  • 2 tomato (s)
  • 1 red pepper (s)
  • 1 bunch rocket
  • 1 tablespoon pesto, (basil)
  • 1 small Glass ice, (crushed ice)
  • 200 ml tomato juice
  • salt and pepper
  • Tabasco
  • Parmesan, for decoration

Instructions

  1. Scald the tomatoes with boiling water, peel off the skin and remove the stalks. Clean and wash the bell pepper and rocket. Cut everything into pieces. Puree all ingredients except for the parmesan and spices. Season to taste with salt, pepper and a dash of Tabasco. Fill into glasses and sprinkle with grated parmesan or decorate with a piece of parmesan.
