Ingredients

  • 1 kg tomato (s)
  • 600 g bell pepper (s), two yellow and two reen
  • 2 chilli
  • 200 g onion (s)
  • 50 ml fruit vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 packet citric acid
  • 250 g preservin suar
  • salt
  • Pepper from the grinder

Instructions

  1. Wash the tomatoes and peppers and cut into small cubes. Peel and finely dice the onions. Wash and finely dice the chillies
  2. Heat the oil in a saucepan and fry the onions until translucent. Add the peppers and sauté briefly. Add all ingredients except the preserving sugar and stir for a few minutes. Then add the preserving sugar, bring to the boil and simmer for about 10 minutes. Finally, season with the spices. Fill into sterilized jars and there. Turn upside down for 5 minutes, then turn over and let cool.
  3. Tastes good with grilled meat, chips, cheese or simply with a baguette.
