Ingredients

  • 1 red pepper (s)
  • 1 can tomato (s), peeled or chunky
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 250 ml vegetable stock
  • 2 tablespoon Cremefine for cooking or cream
  • 0.5 ½ large onion (s)
  • salt and pepper
  • Cayenne pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • some cornstarch
  • oil

Instructions

  1. Chop or cut the onions and sweat in a little oil until translucent. Wash the peppers, cut them into small pieces and add to the onions.
  2. Chop the peeled tomatoes and add them to the pan with the tomato juice. Add the stock and Cremefine or cream and season to taste. Bring to the boil and thicken with a little cornstarch.
  3. Goes great with pasta or rice.
