Tomato and Rocket Salad with Parmesan

Ingredients

• 500 g rocket
• 5 medium tomato (s)
• 60 g parmesan, freshly rated
• Salt, from the mill
• 1 dash balsamic vinegar

Instructions

1. Wash, clean and chop rocket lettuce. Chop the tomatoes and add to the rocket. Pour 2 - 3 pinches of salt (if possible from the mill) over the entire salad. With a dash of balsamic vinegar. Finally add the freshly grated parmesan.
2. We have it either for grilling or as an accompaniment to turkey steak - by the way, it`s great for food combining!
