- 200 g tomato (s)
- 0.5 can ½ tuna, in its own juice
- 50 g cheese (Harz roller)
- 1 small onion (s), red
- 1 teaspoon walnut oil
- 1 teaspoon vinegar, (walnut)
- salt and pepper
- sugar

- Chop the tomatoes and onions into small pieces, season with a teaspoon of walnut oil, walnut vinegar, salt, pepper and a little sugar as desired.
- Fold in the tuna and the finely chopped Harz cheese and let it steep. Bread and butter or simply crisp bread tastes good with it.
