Ingredients

  • 2 onion (s), who might like garlic
  • 2 stalks celery
  • 200 g zucchini
  • 4 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 large can tomato (s)
  • 250 ml broth
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ sugar
  • 100 ml cream or sour cream
  • Salt and pepper, freshly ground
  • Basil, according to taste

Instructions

  1. Peel and dice the onions. Clean the celery and zucchini and cut into pieces.
  2. Heat the oil, sauté the onions (garlic) until translucent, add the celery and zucchini and sauté for about 4 minutes. Pour in tomatoes and broth, add sugar and simmer covered for approx. 20 minutes.
  3. Puree the soup, add the cream or sour cream, season with salt, pepper and basil or garnish.
  4. Baguette tastes good with it.
