Ingredients

  • 100 g tomato (s), dried
  • 50 g parmesan, freshly rated
  • 50 g olives, black
  • 50 g pine nuts
  • 50 ml water
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 100 ml olive oil
  • 1 bunch basil

Instructions

  1. Finely chop tomatoes, olives, pine nuts and basil.
  2. Mix the tomato paste with water and add the finely chopped ingredients. Press the garlic through a press and mix in as well. Let this mixture steep for about 15 minutes so that the tomatoes can swell and give off their taste.
  3. Now add the grated Parmesan and slowly mix in the olive oil with the blender. Then season with pepper. If necessary, add salt to taste, the olives already bring salt.
