Instructions

  1. Take the butter out of the fridge about an hour beforehand.
  2. Halve the sun-dried tomatoes and grate finely in a food processor (here Thermomix, level 5). The tomato pieces should be small enough, but not pulverized (under visual inspection).
  3. Cut the butter into cubes and add the chopped tomatoes. Also add tomato paste, Worcester sauce and lemon juice. Season with pepper and paprika powder. Stir the entire mixture at the same level for about 10 seconds.
  4. Finally add the olive oil and beat the mixture until creamy.
  5. Pour the butter into serving bowls and chill.

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
