Ingredients

  • 400 g cream cheese
  • 100 g crème fraîche
  • 250 g tomato (s), dried, pickled in oil
  • 1 handful herbs, fresh, mixed (e.g. basil, chives, parsley), also Tk
  • 1 clove garlic, large
  • salt
  • pepper

Instructions

  1. Drain and finely chop the sun-dried tomatoes, chop the herbs, press the garlic. Put all ingredients in a bowl and whisk until smooth. Season well with salt and pepper.
  2. The amount is enough for us for about a week as a spread. You can also prepare the spread in smaller quantities without any problems.
