Ingredients

  • 250 g mushrooms
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 1 cup cream
  • 1 cup milk
  • 150 g ham, cooked
  • salt
  • pepper
  • oregano
  • sugar
  • Paprika powder, noble sweet
  • Oil (olive oil)

Instructions

  1. Cut the mushrooms into thin slices. Fry in a little olive oil. Briefly toast the tomato paste. Deglaze with the cream. Fill the empty mug with milk and add it.
  2. Dice the cooked ham and add to the sauce. Season to taste with the spices and let thicken or reduce if necessary.
  3. Pour over cooked noodles and add some Parmesan cheese.
