Tomato Cream – Spread

• 400 g cream cheese, herb type
• 1 tomato (s)
• Quark, at will
• Whipped cream, to taste
• parsley
• Pepper from the grinder
• Seasoned Salt
• Tomato paste

Instructions

1. Halve the tomatoes, remove the pulp and cut into very small pieces. Mix with the herbal cream cheese. Possibly add a little quark, as the cream cheese is very firm. Add the cream as desired until it becomes smooth. Finely chopped parsley, tomato paste as desired and add the spices, season to taste. Finished!
