Tomato – Cucumber – Salad with Feta

• 1 cucumber (s)
• 4 tomato (s) (vine tomatoes)
• 150 g feta cheese
• 2 point spice mix for salad, (aromatic garden herbs)
• 6 tablespoon oil (olive oil)
• 6 tablespoon water

Instructions

1. Wash tomatoes and cucumber. Roughly dice both. Roughly dice the feta too. Put everything in a bowl and mix. Mix the water, oil and salad topping according to the instructions on the packet and pour over the salad. Mix again and let steep for about 1 hour.
