Ingredients

  • 2 large tomato (s), ripe
  • 3 clove (s) garlic
  • 1 dash olive oil
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 1 pinch (s) black pepper from the mill

Instructions

  1. Cut the tomatoes into very fine cubes. Garlic as well. Mix with oil and spices, let steep for about 1 hour.
  2. We take it with potatoes with pan-fried food or just with bread.
