Ingredients
- 2 large tomato (s), ripe
- 3 clove (s) garlic
- 1 dash olive oil
- 1 pinch (s) salt
- 1 pinch (s) black pepper from the mill

- Cut the tomatoes into very fine cubes. Garlic as well. Mix with oil and spices, let steep for about 1 hour.
- We take it with potatoes with pan-fried food or just with bread.
