Ingredients

  • some olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 3 small onion (s), (spring onions)
  • 5 slices ham, (Kaiserschinken)
  • 2 medium tomato (s)
  • Herbs
  • 200 g mascarpone
  • 200 ml cream
  • 125 g mozzarella
  • 1 handful pine nuts
  • 500 g pasta, (fusilli)

Instructions

  1. Put some olive oil in a pan and wait for the oil to warm up. Next, add the garlic. Now cut the spring onions, the ham and the tomatoes into small cubes and mix everything in the pan.
  2. You can now boil the pasta in water according to the instructions on the packet.
  3. Now the different herbs are finely chopped and mixed into the sauce. Then add the mascarpone and cream. Then add the sliced mozzarella and a handful of pine nuts. Finally, the finished noodles are added to the sauce. Then everything is seasoned again. Serve on the plate with rocket and parmesan.
