Ingredients

  • 500 g minced meat
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 500 g tomato (s), passed
  • Oil (olive oil)
  • 140 g tomato paste (1 can)
  • 1 teaspoon basil, dried
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ oregano, dried
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vegetable stock
  • salt and pepper
  • 125 ml red wine
  • Parmesan

Instructions

  1. Heat the oil in a saucepan and fry the onion in it until it is light yellow. Add the minced meat and fry. Stir in the tomatoes, the tomato paste, the dried herbs and the sugar. Season with the broth, salt and pepper. Simmer for the whole 5 minutes, then stir in the red wine and cook for another 10 minutes on a low flame (on the electric stove on level 1). Prepare the pasta according to the instructions on the packet. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the top.
